Our little story
Yes, we three natives of Aberdeen have to find colleagues to try new things every day because of our work. For more than ten years, this habit has never stopped. Over time, this habit of being brave enough to try new things has extended to our daily life, making our daily life comfortable and happy. In addition, we are both married and have children, and we have begun to realize that a good quality of life is very important to both my wife and my children!
One day I thought about the three systems in Hong Kong. There is less land and more people. Many Hong Kong people (including me) live in a tight home. It would be so much fun if we could introduce new things that improve life to everyone, so that everyone’s life can be comfortable, eye-catching, and happy!
Because of this, we decided to set up a small store, hoping to turn the humble life of Hong Kong people into a happy and eye-catching one. When you return home every day, you will feel WOW. This is what we call WOW Living!
Why are there no physical stores?
[WOW Living Online Store So Far, So Near]
The question we’ve been asked the most since WOW Living opened is “Do you have any stores?”
We have a standard answer: “No. Sorry, we don’t have a store at the moment. I would like to spend more time searching for and testing more products in person. Because my store recommends products that I will definitely try in person! And I hope to provide a new purchasing channel than ordinary stores! Thank you for your support!" Although this is a standard answer, it is my sincere answer.
One major difference between our store and a store is the level of detail in our product promotions. Every time we introduce a product, we collect information, try it out, and then write an article. Many times, it only takes two or three days to write the article. Hours. Moreover, we start from the perspective of users and use different products to solve everyone's daily problems. Compared with the superficial conversations between salesmen and customers in general stores:
Customer: "Excuse me, what's the difference between the two?"
Salesman: "Both are similar, there's no difference!"
Customer: "Excuse me, will one be more expensive?"
Salesman: : "Oh, your D stalk is tied to D!"
Customer: "..."
Maybe everyone has tried the above dialogue.
Compared with retail stores, we have more space to carefully create content. I don't want to say that ordinary stores are not willing to operate, but they do have a lot of limitations. One is the salesperson’s familiarity with the product. A store requires many salespersons, and not all of them can personally test every product. But in WOW Living, there are only three people: me and my partner who write articles and answer customer questions. We personally test every product. Second, the store space is limited, and each customer cannot spend too much time trying everything out to compare with you. You know, renting is so expensive.
Some customers are worried that the customer service of online stores will be poor. I dare not talk about other online stores, but WOW Living believes that our store will not be worse than ordinary stores. The simplest example is the speed and length with which my partner and I reply to everyone’s PMs. It must be faster and more detailed than the three times I reply to my wife’s WhatsApp messages! It should be better than the store!

-When you want to return or exchange goods, we provide return and exchange services at SF Express stations (there are more than 100 in Hong Kong). Be sure to go to a store nearby!

Having said that, I would really describe our store as [WOW Living Online Store So Far, So Close]. There is no physical store, but as long as you pick up your mobile phone, our services will appear in front of you immediately! A relationship is like a very good friend. Everyone has their own world every day, but with a message or a PM on Facebook, everyone will smile knowingly.
In fact, I have tried some suppliers who refused to supply products to me because I don’t have a physical store. I will respect everyone’s preference for stores. I understand the benefits of having a store in each store. But I really want everyone to understand my intention to build WOW Living online store, and I want to bring you an alternative shopping channel!
